Launched 2006.
£22,500
Fabulous example of a 2006 Corsair Sprint 750 trimaran, now offered for sale.
Designed by renowned multihull designer Ian Farrier and built by Corsair Marine, the Sprint 750 developed the successful F-24 concept into a lighter, sportier boat with a larger sail plan. It combines exhilarating sailing with the versatility needed for day sailing, local racing and 'pocket' cruising.
At 7.4 metres, the Sprint 750 offers plenty of excitement in a compact package. Corsair’s proven folding system also allows the floats to be folded in, reducing the beam from approximately 5.5 metres to 2.5 metres for trailering and storage.
Built in 2006, this is an early example of a well-established Corsair design in good condition that remains particularly appealing to sailors looking for an agile, responsive and easily transportable trimaran.

Description
This Corsair Sprint 750 presents very well for her age. As you would expect from a 20-year-old trimaran, she carries some normal signs of use, but the gelcoat remains in very good overall condition, with only a few areas of star cracking noted.
Until this year, she had spent her entire life sailing on the freshwater lakes of the Lake District. Her use had become minimal in recent years because of her previous owner’s ill health.
We bought the boat with the intention of bringing her back to her former glory. With one co-owner a boatbuilder and the other a sailmaker, we have carefully worked through the different aspects of the boat, repairing or replacing items where necessary. She has since been launched, sailed and tested to ensure that she is properly back up and running.
The side nets are in good condition. The forward nets are also good overall, although there is a small area of damage. The aluminium-extrusion rudder and daggerboard are both in good condition, and the boat also comes with a spare rudder. The spare has a dent but remains usable. A carbon-fibre tiller extension is also fitted.
We already own another Farrier-designed trimaran; otherwise, we would happily keep this one. The Sprint 750 is a brilliantly simple boat that delivers pure sailing fun, whether enjoyed for fast day sailing, local racing or a mini-cruising adventure.
