Currently awaiting an unlimited transit log from the Greek authorities, saving major headaches not having to log in/out of ports which they require with the limited transit log. In addition, with the limited log, you can only spend 18months in Greece before having to take the vessel out of the EU to reset the clock.

Owner's Comments
For anyone looking for a fast, distinctive catamaran without the purchase price, maintenance demands or yard costs associated with larger or newer multihulls, Razzmatazz represents a rare opportunity. Dazcats of this era have been well tried and tested and still robust, winning on the racecourse and offering splendid cruising.
The current owner had not originally planned to repaint the hull before selling. However, once the deck had been repainted, the contrast between the fresh white finish and the original 30-year-old gelcoat was far greater than expected. As this had always been the intended colour scheme, the decision was made to complete the repaint. Photographs taken before the work are included so prospective buyers can see the boat in her original condition. He has also returned the name from 'Yamas' to 'Razzmatazz' for purposes of the Greek 'unlimited transit log'.
Because the original gelcoat was applied relatively thinly to save weight, a number of small stress cracks had developed around the bows, along with a few cosmetic imperfections elsewhere. Each was carefully ground out, epoxy filled and faired before painting. Considerable time was spent preparing the hull to achieve a high-quality finish.
Razzmatazz was commissioned in 1996 for racing in the Three Peaks Yacht Race. The current owner remains in occasional contact with the original owner, who may be willing to share further information about the boat's early history with interested buyers. As will we here at the Multihull Centre where she was built.
The original material invoices are included with the boat. She is constructed in polyester and vinylester resin over a foam sandwich core and had an original displacement of approximately 2,000kg.
In 2000, Tony and Ann purchased the boat and cruised extensively throughout the UK and Europe. Tony documented their adventures and the comprehensive refurbishment carried out between 2007 and 2009, which can be viewed here:

The current owners purchased Razzmatazz in 2024 and sailed her extensively around the Greek islands during the 2025 season, much of it single-handed. They found her remarkably easy to handle, with excellent performance in light airs where many heavier cruising catamarans would rely on their engines. As the wind increases, the boat's performance becomes even more rewarding.

Currently 7 months ashore with lift in/out is €2850+vat a year. Any additional months ashore are €160 a month. Yard fees will be clear at the point of sale.
There is no survey. The present owner purchased without one knowing he would fix whatever it needed himself.
One of the standout qualities of Razzmatazz is her ability to sail efficiently in lighter winds, reducing the need to motor. During the current ownership, she regularly achieved 5–6 knots in light airs and comfortably reached 10–12 knots in moderate conditions, making passages both efficient and enjoyable for a 30-foot cruising catamaran.
Rather than offering apartment-style accommodation, Razzmatazz is designed for owners who genuinely enjoy sailing. Compared with many cruising catamarans of a similar size and era, she feels noticeably lighter, more responsive and far happier making progress under sail than relying on the engine. She is particularly well suited to those looking to cover miles efficiently while enjoying rewarding sailing performance.
The current owner describes her as an ideal Greek coastal cruiser, while recognising that she is equally capable of undertaking more ambitious cruising should her next owner wish.
A simple cockpit shower is included, using a solar-heated water bag suspended from the boom. The previous owners had fitted a 12V pumped shower system, which was later removed as it had reached the end of its service life. The current owner recommends a modern pressurised solar shower of a similar type should a replacement be desired.
Small, lightweight, performance cruising catamarans of this type rarely come onto the market, making Razzmatazz a distinctive and unusual opportunity.

There is only one below-waterline seacock, serving the original toilet inlet. If you continue using the composting toilet, there’s nothing you need to do - the seacock simply remains closed, meaning there are no active seawater systems below the waterline.
